Autism Communication

Their experience tells them that no one understand them.

It is not personal.

They don't trust themselves if they are being honest. Don't trust themselves to communicate with you with most people. But yes ,they particularly do not trust you.

All of their years , all of their experiences through all of their lives proved that. That they are not good at communicating and people are not good at communicating with them.

Can you imagine how frustrating and tiering it must be?

From Rabbi Shais Taub:

"In Jewish thought, speech requires pulling something deep from your mind (chochmah and binah) and channeling it through your emotions (middot) into external words (malchut).

When you express something genuine, you literally put a piece of your vital soul energy out into the room.

If the other person understands you, that energy lands and creates a unified circuit (yichud). But when you are misunderstood, that energy hangs in mid-air with nowhere to go. Because you’ve already spent the internal spark to construct the thought, having it rejected or misconstrued leaves your soul "out of pocket"—making you feel isolated, depleted, and utterly exhausted."
